Center for Law and Social Policy

CLASP is a national, nonprofit organization which conducts research, policy analysis, technical assistance, and advocacy on issues related to economic security for low-income families with children. CLASP's policy analysts and lawyers are experts on a host of family policy issues, including welfare reform, workforce development, child care, and more.

Center for the Study of Social Policy
The Center for the Study of Social Policy was established in 1979 with the goal of providing public policy analysis and technical assistance in a way that blended high academic standards with direct responsiveness to the needs of policymakers and practitioners. The Center's work is concentrated in the areas of family and children's services; income supports, neighborhood- based services, education reform, family support, disability and health care policy, and long term care for the elderly.
