  • We place the improved well-being of children and youth at the centre of all of our collective efforts. 

  • We commit to being grounded in the needs of our members so that we can speak with a collective voice on issues affecting the children and youth sector.

  • We create spaces to convene and connect so that our members can learn from one another.

  • We believe in the organizations and the people that drive the child and youth sector so that we can advocate passionately on their behalf.

  • We focus on systemic changes that prioritize the inclusion of diverse voices and experiences, with a particular focus on improving outcomes for equity deserving children and youth.
