Aboriginal Children’s Circle of Early Learning The Aboriginal Children’s Circle of Early Learning (ACCEL) is a bilingual, web portal clearinghouse on Aboriginal early childhood development (ECD). Visitors can consult the site to review, research and discuss best and promising practices; to exchange with a highly engaged network of Aboriginal ECD practitioners and researchers; and to keep in touch with the emerging needs of communities across Canada.

B.C. Aboriginal Child Care Society B.C. Aboriginal Child Care Society is a provincial organization serving Aboriginal early childhood programs throughout British Columbia. The site includes policy news, newsletter and access to library resources.

It is a university accredited program with the School of Child and Youth Care at the University of Victoria.
